Stretch fabrics | full in-house production

We are proud to announce that we can finally display the product field stretch fabrics entirely in-house.

The required texturizing, assembling and twisting machines as well as a special testing device were purchased last year and installed in our Portuguese plant. The first stretch fabric sample rolls were delivered to the customers in the 2^nd half of 2021 as scheduled. In the meantime, first customer approvals have already been granted.

With this complete vertical integration, we can independently cover the following production steps for stretch fabrics:

• Texturizing, Assembling, Twisting
• Weaving
• Tumbling
• Treating
• Quality control & Packaging

The highly elastic stretch fabrics are mainly used in power transmission belts and hoses.
