“Leading teams to peak performance” was the theme of a coaching session at the Portuguese MEHLER plant in Vila Nova de Famalicão, which took place over two days in September and October.
The aim of the coaching was to sensitize managers and department heads to the topics of team leadership and teamwork.
The main topics were:
- Effective teamwork
- Open and close communication
- Leadership skills
- Conflict management
- Conversation techniques
Both days were characterized by theoretical basics and many practical role plays and exercises, which led to great results and valuable insights.
The workshop was a great success with extremely positive feedback from our managers. They gained deep insights and developed skills in team leadership and communication. Many of these positive findings are already being implemented in day-to-day work, both within the individual teams and between departments.
