Environmental Investments – MEHLER China

Environmental protection and sustainable operations are essential goals of the MEHLER group.

With the current investments in environmental systems, MEHLER is pursuing its continuous investments in the Chinese facility in Suzhou.

The investment includes an ultra-modern exhaust air treatment system through a regenerative afterburning equipment which reduces the emissions to a minimum.
In addition, further measures are being determined to keep the water consumption as low as possible.
Solid waste is only disposed of by partners who ensure an ecologically responsible disposal.

After finalising this investment project in summer, MEHLER Suzhou will meet the highest Chinese environmental compliance level, ‘Level A’.

By achieving ‘Level A’, MEHLER is one of the few leading textile companies fulfilling the highest environmental requirements in China.
